Terms of Use
Last updated 4 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Breaks travel planning tool (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What the Service is
Breaks is an AI-assisted travel planner. It suggests destinations, routes, stays and flights and assembles an illustrative itinerary. Suggestions are for planning and inspiration only. They are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Bookings, prices and availability
The Service is not a booking service and is not a travel agent. Flights, accommodation and other options are provided for reference. Prices, availability and details come from third-party sources, can change at any time, and must be confirmed with the relevant provider before you book or travel. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by unauthorised means.
- Don’t submit unlawful content or anyone else’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- Don’t rely on the Service for professional, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions.
Intellectual property
The Service, its design and content are owned by Breaks or our licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial trip planning.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output, including inaccurate suggestions, prices or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
